- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1-on-1 training is sold in packages (ranging from $70 - $85 /session depending on the package you buy) Partner Training (2 People) = $40*/person/session Small Group Training (3 people) $25*/person/session (Sessions are sold in monthly memberships)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone interview and talk about your health, exercise history, and goals. I ask you about previous injuries or limitations. Then I share about my studio and training style. If we think it's going to be a good fit, we schedule your FREE SESSION, where I give you a real workout at my studio. During the workout I analyze how you move, your current fitness level and mobility. You'll get to experience a bit of my training style, have some fun and learn a few things along the way! After that, we discuss your goals, schedule and whether this is a good fit for both of us. After a new client is established, their first paid session is usually a Fitness Assessment where we dive deeper into their current fitness level and goals. After that we come up with a game plan for how these goals can be achieved; both in and out of the studio.
