FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive right now because I’m growing my company and want to build strong relationships with new clients. That said, the lower price doesn’t mean lower quality — I have years of experience, and my craftsmanship reflects that. You’ll get skilled, custom work at a great value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to start with a phone conversation to understand your vision and goals. From there, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting to walk the space and discuss how to bring your ideas to life. I’ll then provide a detailed quote, and we’ll work together to fine-tune it to fit your needs and budget. Once everything feels right, we’ll sign a contract and get your project underway.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, but I quickly realized the corporate path wasn’t for me. I’ve spent my entire career in home remodeling, working closely with general contractors and now serving as a project manager for large-scale remodels. This experience has given me a deep understanding of every phase of a home renovation, from start to finish, and how to manage all the moving parts to deliver a successful project.
