Joaquin has done several projects at my house and I’ve been happy with all of them. He completely remodeled a room that was originally a kitchen and converted it to a tv/game room. He added can lights, removed old soffits at the ceiling, added a closet, added a smooth skimcoat to get rid of old texture on the walls, replaced a pocket door, added a door, and installed new baseboard and trim. Everything looks great, now I just need to finish moving my furniture in and enjoy!
