- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on frequency, type of service, the number of bathrooms, bedrooms, square footage, pets, and add-ons. Add-ons are the interior of the fridge and freezer, the interior of windows, the interior of the oven, the interior of cabinets, and blinds. We offer 10% off for people who need cleanings every four weeks, 15% off every other week, and 20% off weekly or more frequent cleanings. We also offer 10% off for the military, which can be combined up to 25% off. Heavy cleanings and move-in/out cleanings are charged at a higher rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to gather basic information and the type of service they're interested in and their needs. Then we give back a quote and a service plan that we believe would be best. Questions are always welcome at any time. We want you to feel confident with the service we are providing.

We are part of a community of cleaners where we share knowledge, experience, and continuing education as more products come out and the needs of the people and our world change.
