- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer wedding day-of coordination in the Reno/Tahoe and Greater Seattle area for $1800-2000. For destination weddings, add cost for airfare and accommodations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, I like to meet up over tea/coffee so I can learn more about you and your partner, and your wedding plans. I'll also show you the planning tools I use with my clients and answer any questions you have about our services. Afterwards, if it's a good fit, I'll follow up with an online contract so make things official.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began event planning at the UW Seattle campus in 2013 for their undergraduate admissions office. I'd put together single day events, up to full conferences, anywhere from 15-1500 people. I quickly learned this was the area of my job I liked the most, and started Block Weddings & Events (formerly Thrifty Events) in 2015. I've been planning weddings and events ever since!
