My review is a bit lengthy, however please read it, I feel this Law Firm deserves my gratification and you deserve to hear from a pleased client. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my divorce case. I did not have to go to court and was able to settle things in mediation. I had the opportunity to meet the Office Manager/ Paralegal/ on her way to be a Legal Technician (impressive) Christine. She did my intake. Christine was so understanding and comforting. I knew this was a good start and a good sign. Then I spoke with Associate Attorney Brian Neuharth. He really didn't have to take time out of his schedule to talk to me about my case before Managing Attorney Mike Moceri was ready to meet with me, yet he did. My divorce case would seem to be an easy one, but there were twists and turns that made it unusually a bit more difficult than it needed to be. I wanted and needed the help. Mike did not have to take my case, but he did even though we both discussed that he would be in trial the day of my mediation, and one of his associate attorneys would accompany me in mediation. However, he would go to trial with me if it indeed had to go to trial. There were only 3 weeks before mediation and the Law Firm still took my case. Brian Holden was the Associate Attorney scheduled to be with me during mediation. Having him there was a huge relief and worth every penny. I truly feel my outcome would not have been as successful as it was without the support and assistance of Brian in addition to the backing of the Law Firm. Every single staff member that I encountered showed more concern about my case than expected. I know they have many clients other than me, but I sure feel like they went above and beyond to assured me they would do their best, yet also very forthcoming of worst-case scenarios based on their experience and how the law interprets a case like mine. My comfort and right away huge reduction of stress was greatly put at ease. In my mind, knowing that the worst-case scenario from them, I felt, would be better than any worst-case scenario I could have possibly gotten for myself. Bonus, I got exactly what I wanted and the help that I needed to make that possible. The outcome was better than I could have expected. If you take the time and go to their website and see the BIOS about the many memberships, accreditations and awards that they have, it shows, and I see why they received all these awards. Rightfully so! I assure you I knew nothing about this Law Firm, aside from what their website said before I hired them; my review is genuine. I wanted to share my experience, so others don’t miss the opportunity to work with this Law Firm. Go meet them in person, you will see! Will I hire them again if I need an attorney for any of the other services they provide? Most definitely yes!
Experience is essential and I have nearly 10 years in law.

We hired her to notarize our wills. She was on time, very professional, and helpful.
Amy has done some incredible Paralegal, and Professional Organization and Coordination work for me for over a year. She was immediately 'plug and play' and was able to jump right in and accomplish what I needed. She continues to provide amazing work for me with little to no direction needed at all. She has a vast experience of compiling legal documents from templates, and has a great sense of follow up. I highly recommend her services!

She helped me made this difficult part of my life a great experience. I was comfortable and she made me feel at ease. The whole paperwork process turned out to be very smooth and organized. I could not have asked for a better experience or representative to guide me with the filing. To top it off, I was able to save money without hiring an attorney. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

I'm a stay-at-home mother of an exceptionally independent 5 year old. He starts school this fall and I, who have worked for almost a decade in a fast paced law firm, seem to have time on my hands. I am proficient at Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. I can calendar for attorneys (or doctors!) and I'm amazing at Data Entry. I work almost 24/7--I'm in bed by about midnight each night and up at 4 am. My kid's not usually up until 9 am. THAT is a 5 hour block of time EASY that I can dedicate to whatever clerical task you need. I've also helped research and build legal cases, taken medical histories, researched case precedence and skipped traced businesses and defendants. I'm excellent at research--it's kind of all that I do, given that when I'm not a mother, I'm an author, a skip tracer and Legal Assistant. I am driven, smart, resourceful and I need very little oversight. I'm an excellent, articulate, clear communicator who can be reached at any time and, at 33, understand what my role is and how important being consistent, efficient and accurate is.
We offer assistance and support for most standardized documents, including data entry. Yes, we still can provide for "house calls" upon request.
I went to Kristen to handle my child support adjustment, and loved her! She was kind and professional and very knowledgeable about family law. She handled all the paperwork and explained everything very clearly. She was able to complete all the paperwork in just a few days, and was very comprehensive in her materials and descriptions. I would definitely recommend Kristen and would use her again for any legal needs I have in the future.
