Introduction: Having been as heavy as I was it really gives me an understanding of what my clients are going through when trying to adapt a healthy lifestyle. A lot of trainers have been in great shape their whole lives, so they don't really get that it takes quite a bit of effort to change bad habits. We also have half hour(25) minute H.I.I.T sessions available upon request. These sessions can have up to 3 people in them. Great for building muscle, burning fat and community. Contact me for details. Watching people become educated in fitness and achieving their goals. It gives me great satisfaction knowing that when my clients go on their own that they will be equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to be successful at maintaining the results that they had worked so hard to get.

Matt was an incredible trainer. I worked with him 2-3 times a week for several months leading up to my wedding and he taught me a ton about proper lifting techniques, healthy dieting, stretching and all around fitness. The results I saw from working out with Matt were much more significant than anything I was every able to achieve on my own and now I have the knowledge I need to continue working out on my own with the right form. Thanks for helping me achieve my goals, Matt!

I have been working with Matt for several months and with his help I have really turned myself around. I have increased muscle mass and decreased fat, overall loosing 25 lbs, looking a lot better and feeling fantastic. My ultimate goal is to be in the best shape of my life by this summer to climb Mt. Rainier. With Matt's help I am confident I will be on that summit come August!

After several injuries and accidents, my body has a few idiosyncrasies that make it hard to get training results without further damage. Matt's expertise has allowed me to get stronger than I've been in decades. He expects hard work and is refreshingly forthright and easy to get along with. I hope to work with him for a long time to come!
