FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the following packages: $65 per session for 20 or more sessions $67 per session for 10 or more sessions, and $69 per session for 5 or more sessions. However prices may be negotiable depending on your goals and the flexibility of your schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give all new customers a free consultation where we will discuss your goals, exercise history and diet in more detail. I also do a seven part FMS movement screen designed to find areas of weakness and movement deficiencies that need to be corrected. From there I'll design a nutrition and exercise program keeping in mind where you are and where you want to be. We'll continually tweak the program as your goals evolve and we figure out what works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I'm also certified in corrective exercise through NASM CES and FMS which helps me design programs for clients that will challenge them without causing injury. I've been a trainer for almost 4 years now and have helped dozens of clients meet their goals.
