Introduction: Project 968 is a West Seattle gym that specializes in general fitness. What makes us unique is that we provide both strength and cardio workouts for members to do on their own time, on the days that work best for their schedule. In addition to providing a new workout daily, members have access to a personal trainer to teach proper movements, demonstrate exercises, ask general health and fitness questions, and a Saturday boot camp, all included with their membership. Working with individuals of all fitness capabilities and showing them how to properly exercise to reach their goals while reducing the likelihood of injury.

Michael is an amazing trainer. He worked with me and with my 12 year old son. He designs workouts to meet fitness goals for everyone. More me, adding muscle and improving my cardio were important. For my son, strength training and endurance were priorities. Micheal customized workouts and workout schedules that fit and ensured results.

Michael's training and nutritional guidance over the past few years has aided in my 30-pound weight loss. The one-on-one training has provided me the knowledge and confidence to train in any gym independently and most importantly safely. His support and feedback throughout the workouts has motivated me to keep pushing and bettering myself.

Training with you was very fun and I learned a lot of important things about muscle contractions and specific movements that not a lot of trainers really think about or take into consideration. I had a lot of fun and I couldn't have done any of it without you! Thank you very much coach!!

Michael is amazingly able to remember how much each person can pull, and though he does not push us so much that we will be completely spent for the rest of the day, he does make sure the weights and modifications we use are making our muscles work.

Michael is the best! Working with him is unlike any other gym or training experience I've ever had. There's no sales pitch or supplements or crazy diets - just smart, efficient workouts. This is a great community gym - I can't recommend it enough!
