Do not use this company for piano moving. Here's everything that went wrong:
- Showed up 30 min late with a UHaul (no truck of their own)
- Didn't have the right equipment to move a piano and had to ask another moving crew for straps.
- Damaged our front stairs on the way down
- Almost lost control of the piano in the driveway
- Phone died as they were driving to the new house so were 20 minutes late
- Bashed the back side of the piano at some point and left a huge ugly crack
- Left materials at old house so had to go back and get them
- After retrieving materials, put a huge dent in the trunk of a parked car as they were trying to turn the truck around.
Amateur crew, sloppy work, absolutely do not use
