Medicine Bear Healing Arts

Introduction: Medicine Bear Healing Arts is my private practice, and offers clients an integrated healing experience tailored to individual needs. Clients come to me to relieve stress and anxiety in their body and spirit, and to maintain a regular program of self-care and relaxation for optimal health. My approach to healing integrates several therapies. Reflexology gently relaxes and rebalances the body using reflexive points in the feet and hands. Energy medicine uses non-invasive methods of nurturing and improving the body’s natural energy field. Spiritual counsel celebrates a sense of the sacred in all things, with shared wisdom and guidance for the soul. I received a mastery certification in reflexology from the Seattle Reflexology & Massage Center, where I currently teach classes in reflexology and energy medicine. My professional affiliations include memberships in the International Reflexology Association, the Washington Reflexology Association, and the Reflexology Association of America. I am a second degree reiki practitioner, and a shamanic practitioner and counselor. My sincere hope is that you find the healing that you seek.
