Lucas is a very energetic individual, very likeable. He trimmed my hedges, and treated my lawns, which included aerating, thatching, mowing after the thatch was removed, application of soil to level uneven areas, fertilizing, grass seed, finishing with a cover of peat moss. He kept me informed as to his schedule as the work entailed about 11 calendar days of effort, most of which he did by himself. The quality of the work was exceptional. I will be contacting him in the future as the need arises. The only thing that would have been better is more manpower to reduce the overall calendar days involved.

At last we have the sprinkler system and green grass. We love our yard! Criss, the YardGuy did a great job! We appreciate his "can do" and "no problem" attitude. We like his responsiveness too. Our yard looks great. I would highly recommend Criss, the YardGuy. Thanks!

After calling a couple other lawn care specialists who weren't interested in smaller, maintenance jobs, I contacted Cirino. He came out that day to give a cost estimate for the job & after discussion, we agreed on price for services. He & another landscaper on his crew came the next day & took care of my overgrown lawn & pruned the shrubs & edging, too. They weeded & blew the remaining clippings away-leaving me very pleased at my new tidy landscape! Highly recommend C.A. Landscape & Services 4 stars rating because some shrubs & weeds were missed but will be taken care of next visit.

We are very please with the work completed by NCON. They did an absolutely fabulous job. They had great communication throughout the project. We are so pleased. Dealing with Dave was amazing, he was onsite daily to check in with his guys and walk us through the project! The daily walk throughs were great because we were able to ask questions, and make adjustments right there on the spot! We had a retaining wall, irrigation system, synthetic turf, concrete patio, arbor, and new lawn installed for us. The cost was just over $70,000.00 and Dave stayed right on budget! We are truly so happy with Dave, NCON, and our investment! You would make a good decision by hiring this company!

Sprinkler system installed after removing old, dead grass. Terra seed installed. We have a large corner lot of 1/3 acre. Frank kept us informed and totally up to date on the project. The guys were a little rough on my garden area when installing the sprinklers but it cleaned up nicely. The terra seed is smooth and the grass is popping up. The sprinkler system hookup is professional and up to code. I will definitely call Allscapes for any future yard needs.

I had Jose' and his assisstant aerate, thatch and clean up approximately 1/2 acre of moss riddled grass. They arrived on time and the quality of the work was excellant. It's the little things that make a difference ..... my water hose was rolled up after it was used and they didn't leave a mess behind. I am looking forward to having Farwest Landscape do additional jobs.

Working with Trish, and Kurt was excellent. Kurt came in to remove a popcorn ceiling in the master bedroom. He did the job in two hours, which was faster than I expected, without causing any significant scratches on the drywall. We knew there was a spot in the ceiling with some damage before hand, and we didn't have them fix it, but Kurt did explain to us how we can fix it, as well as gave us some drywall cement to help with the drywalling we've been doing in the room. Overall, we're very happy and would how them again.

- Ground clearing - Re-seed/sod the grass lawn - Re-Bark Had a minor equipment issue, that however did not affect the projected project end date. The crew is polite and respectful while on site and to surrounding neighbors. If we had any questions or concerns they were great at addressing them. Would we ask them to help with more work? Without a doubt, yes! Would we recommend them to any friends or family? You bet!

Partnering with Oliana Gardening has been one of the best yard decisions we have made in the 24 years of being in our home. We initially hired them to help us with overwhelming general maintenance. As they got to know us, they heard what we hoped our yard could be – a more private place, and what seemed an impossibility: changing lawn into an area with espalier trees, berries, and a kitchen garden. That dream is now a reality, and it is changing our routine in the best of ways. They transformed a beautifully maintained yard where we spent little time into a evolving, vibrant garden where I want to spend every waking hour. And it is getting better every day. Oliana Gardening works like a gentle engine keeping ideas and projects moving forward while being respectful of budget realities. They are exceedingly reliable, ethical, hard-working, and have in-depth gardening knowledge. Add to that, creativity and the courtesy of communicating in a timely manner. I find the other reviews to be completely consistent with what we have found Oliana Gardening to be and can highly recommend them for whatever gardening project or yard maintenance might be needed. We feel very grateful to have discovered this gem of a team.

We hired these guys for just installing the sprinkler system, but the professional way in which Saul gave us the quote for our complete backyard redo, we totally loved it! He was very professional, very methodical, and very rightly priced. His guys removed our old rusting deck, Saul paved our entire backyard and did the grass cover on it, in addition to installing the sprinkler system! We love these guys so much, we are rehiring them for another project!

I found Sergio through Thumbtack after struggling to find any handyman services that weren't booked out weeks/months in advance and actually responded to me. I emailed Sergio from the website to initiate the process and from our initial email we began communicating via text message. Sergio came out on a Monday to provide a quote for significant yard work. The yard work included removing tons of overgrown and invasive plants on my grandmother-in-law's Kingston property (think blackberries et al) and removal of some random junk on the property, as well as cutting down of bamboo (grandma's property has a creek running through it and there's more bamboo than the fertile lands of Asia). Sergio reviewed everything we wanted done and quoted it would take about 40 hours with 3 guys to process the work and removal of everything we wanted done. The rate is $25 per hr per worker so the estimate worked out to about 3k. Of course, I'm always expecting unexpected things to come up and I have zero experience hiring someone to do significant yard work like this. Sergio and I agreed to the work via text after receiving the quote. The next Monday morning he and one of his guys showed up promptly at 8am and began hacking away at junipers and blackberry plants on the property with machetes (what. haha.) I live in Seattle so I wasn't easily able to come out and constantly check on their progress. Sergio had one guy with him on Monday and Tuesday-Thursday he had two guys with him. Initially, we planned on them finishing on Friday but something came up and they promptly came (four guys, actually) on Saturday and finished everything off. The actual cost for (approximately) 40 hours with 3 guys was about $3,300 with about $750 in dump run fees (yeah bringing all those trimmings and leaves sure get expensive at the Kitsap dump, I've done it on my own in the past). And then sales tax for his services a couple hundred. Overall, it was about 4k, which was 1k over budget but seeing as $750 was dump run costs and like $350 was sales tax, it totally met my expectations. Sergio and his crew are polite, fast, friendly, and hard working. I'm pleased that we selected Sergio for our yard work. They did a significant amount of yard waste hacking and removal. My grandmother-in-law is very attached to some of the plants so they were very careful about preserving and protecting specific plants (whichever plants so wanted stayed, and the overgrown invasive plants growing on top of them were removed) and Sergio and his crew were clearly professionals at handling these Pacific Northwestern flora. If you're looking for someone who will work hard for you and be very fair, I would recommend emailing, calling, or texting Sergio to bring him out for a quote. Other projects we are about to have done that Sergio may be involved with and stated he and his crew can do, and will quote separately: -power washing and painting her house -grading, levelling, and filling her drive way with rock -aerating and seeding grass and laying sod -placing pavers to create unprecedented walkways -removal of old fences and installation of new fences So in addition to yard and junk waste removal, as well as professionally manicuring her plants, shrubs, and trees, Sergio and his team can do pretty much anything. Contact him for a quote. I highly recommend. :)

Last year I had some major reconstruction at my house that required 75% of the lawn to be dug up. When we were finished, I had Tony regrade it, furnish topsoil and reseed it. My only regret was that I didn't do all of my lawn. The area where Tony restored look some much nicer than my old lawn. I constantly get people asking about it. All I can say is that if you want a lawn like it call Tony. He provides high quality topsoil and grass seed. Chuck Hinds

Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, creative and flexible. He designed a patio layout for our backyard that was a natural extension of the space, fit it into our budget and worked with us as we tweaked and adjusted during the build process. We'll be utilizing him and his team for other projects as well.
