Chris came by to fix a leaky toilet on super short notice and was also able to fix 3 other small plumbing jobs at the house all within an hour. I'm disappointed with the interaction with this company. When I spoke to Matt on the phone, I clearly mentioned that I need my toilet removed and reinstalled. While he mentioned that he doesn't give estimates on the phone, he also said that it should be in the ballpark of a couple of hundred bucks. During his visit (arrived 75 mins late) he quoted me a price for 3times that despite the scope of work being unchanged. I recommend being very clear with your pre-communication with this company to avoid being frustrated and 60$ poorer for his no-hire visit.

The small talk engaged by the technician came across to me as a disarming tactic rather than being genuine.
I found the technician wasn’t able to provide me an explanation that I thought to be satisfactory of the issue with the current solution other than to say that the parts responsible are possible to wear out.
The amount of terms and conditions I needed to sign seemed too excessive (3 separate forms handled by an assistant rather than the technician)
I was charged a credit card surcharge on a fee for the total amount to fix rather than the call out.
The quote cited was a rebuild of the entire tank when a lot of the symptoms point to a flapper replacement. Which was a 600% increase on the callout fee, for a job that is often cited in its simplest variant a 10 dollar replacement part not including labor.
While I’d take this last price of feedback with a grain of salt as I have no experience in toilets/plumbing the combined previous points lead to an experience that earns little trust in the company for me.
I’d use this feedback more as a prompt to see if there’s ways to improve the customer experience. I think more effort into pulling me in to look at the issue and helping guide me through what could have been going wrong particularly if the technician knew the ballpark cost to fix would be as expensive as it was would have gone a long way to build that trust. Instead I wasn’t given that idea during consultation.
