I am Neha from India, with an experience of more than 8 years, in personal training. I specialise in Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Prenatal & Postnatal.
I have helped hundred plus clients maintain their fitness and become stronger and some improve their condition while having issues such as cancer, liver cirrhosis, bariatric, kidney transplant, PCOD, asthma, depression etc.
Dealing with clients and understanding what they are going through has always taught me something new about fitness and its importance. It fills me with joy and gratitude each day when I see happiness and smile on their faces with some getting stronger, some being cured of their chronic pains and to-be-mothers feeling confident as they prepare for labor and delivery of their child.

My first yoga coach and I’m glad it was Neha !! She’s easy going fun and customises the flow as per one’s body.. I had been practicing randomly on my own but she structured my practice, taught me the right way for asanas and worked with me to improve my postures. Her style of yoga teaching starts from scratch. She’s one of the best yoga coaches one can get 👍

Neha is an amazing personal trainer! She pushes me to reach my goals but also she always asks about my day, my energy and how I feel in order to not exhaust me. She is understanding and caring but also ruthless when it comes to burpees :P We always try new things so to not get bored, and I can say that for the first time in my life I love working out! From yoga and pilates to bodyweight exercises, I can surely say I am more than happy to recommend Neha to anyone who is looking to improve their body and mental state!

Ever since I started my work-out sessions with Neha, it has shaped me to become a better version of myself, confidence and the drive to stay healthy. Her persistence keeps me focused and committed.
