ZumbaDance-Fit

Introduction: I am a dance instructor in Zumba and also the creator of the Balkan Dance-Fit class. My background includes a lifelong experience in folk dance, ballet, jazz, modern dance and movement techniques affiliated with sports. For me, a great dance-incorporated session goes along with the right music. In my classes, you will see a mixture of upbeat rhythms, groovy steps and vibrant moves to heat the floor! Nothing makes me more satisfied with my class than the moment after it when people leave the studio in a better mood with a smile. Inspired by that idea, in addition to Zumba, I developed a dance workout inspired by the passionate Balkan music and traditional dance movements, combined with modern and international flavor, in one Balkan Dance-Fit session.
