At first, I didn’t think I needed a day-of-coordinator, as I was just looking for a setup crew, but I’m so glad Kayla offered her services for a full-day. It‘s hard getting started in the wedding business and it’s hard getting married in a budget, as so much of it revolves around big money. It’s stressful and that’s why I was suggested by many people that investing in a day-of coordinator is crucial. Working Pressed Peony into our tight wedding budget was one of the best decisions that I almost didn’t make. It’s not a cookie-cutter deal like a lot of wedding vendors, which gave us flexibility — as our wedding was not traditional or typical. Some things didn’t pan out that wasn’t anyone‘s fault besides not having enough time to prepare, but having a crew that made sure the most important things were in place without having to be there every step of the way was priceless. For a small team, Pressed Peony Events can handle a lot and showed they cared more than just getting paid. I don’t know what the future holds as far as growth for them, but as a small team, I highly recommend them to any couple planning a ”smaller” budget wedding.
