I got my fridge repaired with this company. The compressor was busted. The company was really responsive on Thumbtack and helped get an appointment on short notice. The technician was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, did not waste time, fixed the problem in about 3h, which is how long it should technically take according to some of the other companies I shopped with.
I liked the no bs, just get it done approach of this company. I would definitely recommend for Fridge compressor repair or Fridge gas leakage repair.

Our furnace stopped working Sunday during snowstorm right before Presidents Day. Appliance Repair Team replied to my request Monday 7.30 am, and was able to schedule an appointment at noon. John showed on time, very quickly diagnosed all problems that other contractors could not find, and repaired the furnace (the flame detector was not working correctly) and it's connection to the thermostat. John did an amazing job, he was efficient and very accurate. I would definitely recommend him if you have any problems with appliances.

We’ve used them twice and they have been excellent. We called them on Saturday morning about our fridge & they came that afternoon, earlier than promised. They had the parts in the truck, fixed it, and cleaned up, all for a reasonable fee.

Next-day service call was awesome. Showed up when they said they would. Washer is working again. Only downside is I don't believe the fault code was cleared because it still shows. Also, the technician was here for several hours and had repaired the machine without providing a diagnosis and quote for the repairs. I have a six-month warranty, and if all goes well, I would definitely use this company again. I'd just be a little more clear about my expectations and make sure I understand the situation.
