My husband and I had been looking for a house for around nine months and had not been able to find anything even close to what we were looking for. We were working with another agent who was only available to take us to look at houses on weekends and the occasional week day. In this market houses are being shown and sold first day on the market. If we couldn't see a house for 3 days, usually it was already sold by the time the agent was available to take us to see the house. Also, there was a lot of why don't you talk to my assistant instead of the agent doing the actual showing of the house. With Tyler Morgan, this kind of treatment never happened. If we wanted to see a house, he was there anytime of the day to show it to us. He always returned our calls within the hour and always had our best in mind. He found us a house within about two weeks and it closed within the month.
