I'm very thankful Keri-Group came through for me, in this cyber world no-body thinks a travel agent is necessary but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Kerri made our 2022 trip to Europe come true, we had a budget and she helped with flights, stays and even transfers from and to airports. When finding our hotels & VRBOs she kept our family needs at the top of the list. My family and I are extremely pleased with her services, her expertise and will definitely consider her in any future need to book flights and plan any vacation all together. She, relentlessness kept calling the airlines to correct a mistake on my wife's name that was not her fault at all, rather the airline itself; she dealt with the time zones gaps staying late and following up with the airlines in Europe to make sure we don't have any issue in our upcoming trip.
