I hired Puget Sound Pros to clean a chimney in my house and when he got here, he explained my chimney was in disrepair and using it wouldn’t be safe even if cleaned. He explained the issues and solutions clearly and didn’t charge me anything. He could’ve easily cleaned my chimney and went on his way, but instead made sure I didn’t start a house fire. Very appreciative of his time and help. I used another company before and on top of being expensive, they were complicated to work with and after using Puget Sound Pros, I question if my other fireplaces are safe."See more
