Kaylyn went above and beyond to help prepare for our wedding: * Creating my bridal bouquet using flowers from the farmers market. * Setting up our wedding accessories, reception tables, and signage. * Carefully setting up the seating cards on the mirror used for our seating chart. * Assisting with the ceremony aisle setup. * Greeting vendors, coordinating with our venue, and communicating timelines to keep everyone on schedule. Throughout the wedding day: * Provided a reliable and well-organized timeline and kept all people and vendors informed * Assisted in gathering and organizing family members for an efficient family photo session * Queued our precessional * Handled unexpected issues as they arose, including cleaning up some spilled/broken candles * Assisted with taking down, organizing, and packing up all of our wedding decor Beyond managing the logistics, she also made sure I was taken care of personally.
