Introduction: 1 in 3 americans is obese. I understand this intimately because I was one of them. A person who is 30 lbs overweight is considered Obese, and whether you are 5 lbs or 105 lbs more then you want to be, you are not alone, and I'm here to help. Almost everyone wants to lose weight, tone up, get in shape, maybe just not feel like the one person embarrassed or awkward when they walk into the gym. I feel ya!!! The 2 main differences with me as a trainer are
1. I WANT YOU TO FIRE ME! As soon as possible. That means I've done my job, and you are trained. Training shouldn't go on forever, but most trainers would like to keep you coming back paying for their service year after year. I on the other hand want to get you to your goal as efficiently and safely as possible, but more importantly, I want to equip you to maintain the level of health and fitness you desire for the rest of your life.
2. I am one of the few personal trainers you will find who has actually been there, and can relate. After losing 70 lbs myself, it became my mission to free other people of the pain, fatigue, and stress of carrying unnecessary weight. As a trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I have been changing people's lives since 2010. I believe that we all deserve to live in a healthy, fit, athletic (if we so desire), pain free body for at least 100 years! More if you want to, the world's oldest man just passed away at 146 years old! Optimizing human health and movement have been my obsession for the better part of the last decade, first with my own body, and then everyone I could help. This is why I founded Real Results Academy. A company with a mission to simplify & streamline their health and fitness and equip them with the skills necessary for change.

I love seeing people's faces light up when they feel a muscle activate and actually work correctly for the first time (when they've been working out for years), or when the weight comes off more quickly than they or even I expect because they followed the plan. I love when a client sends me an after picture, so ecstatic that they actually feel good in their body, and aren't embarrassed to go to the pool! I also love when a client gets bit by the iron bug, and you can't keep them out of the gym. Fitness and Training are supposed to be fun! I love working out, and do it every chance I get. The greatest reward for me is when my clients don't need me anymore. They know what to do in the gym, they know their bodies and how to listen to them to train safely and effectively, and most importantly they love it! That's the ultimate win for me!
