Yasmina was clearly the best choice for our couples counseling. She is very good at what she does and my wife and I have seen results from only a very few visits.

I offer the highest rating for Didi, because she is amazing. I set out searching for a counselor and I found inspiration. Didi's drive and passion is contagious and I find it impossible to not want to be successful at whatever challenges I need to face. Her ability to see exactly what I don't want to talk about is irritating, but is exactly what I need to reach and change the most stubborn parts of my brain. That being said, her approach to sensitive topics is graceful and I feel at ease talking with her. I am so thankful that I got connected with Didi.

Tom's a great therapist. I learned a lot about myself from our time working together. He's understanding, but also holds me accountable to be honest and real with my feelings. I'm glad to have worked with him.

Karuna officiated our ceremony will such grace and loveliness. I knew from the moment I saw her picture she was full of light and love and this continued through when we met her in person. Karuna walked us through the process of creating a ceremony, she met with us a few times to get to know and understand us and she brought a beautiful sense of spirituality to our ceremony. She was the perfect choice as an officiant for our ceremony.

About

I provide psychotherapy for children, individuals, couples, and families. Here are some common concerns people have contacted me with that include the following: 1) Disruptive Kids Maybe you have noticed a change in your child's behavior such as anger, frustration, and decrease in focus or seem to have other behavioral or emotional issues. Reasons for these behaviors may not be obvious at first, but my experience has taught me that children process death, family break up or even new people joining the family differently. They may get quiet or angry. I assist with both. 2) Stumped Parents I support and validate parents by looking at what they are doing well already. Then, I assist parents to develop more specific skills and form achievable goals and creative approaches to recurring problems. 3) Detached Couples At times, the stress of life, parenting, or money can get in the way of being the best possible couple. During this challenging time, I work collaboratively with couples on cultivating an authentic self in their relationship founded on trust and empathy. 4) Struggling Individuals I work with people who feel stuck and might deal with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem/worth issues, bereavement/grief/loss, life transitions, work-life balance, and have a desire to improve their relationships and life in general.
