I also optimize the flow of your itinerary so your time is spent enjoying your destination—not navigating unnecessary stress or complicated logistics. My planning structure is as follows: - Hotel-only bookings: No additional planning fee - Cruise-only bookings: No additional planning fee - Flight bookings: $50 per traveler. - Full custom itinerary planning: my planning fees are dynamic to reflect the complexity (or lack thereof) of your trip. Typically, my planning fees are $150/week for small Full itinerary planning may include accommodations, transportation coordination, dining recommendations, excursions, destination guidance, and personalized trip flow optimization. In addition to planning, I’m in your corner before, during, and after your trip. If plans shift or issues arise while traveling, you have someone advocating for your experience every step of the way. Through industry relationships and in-destination partnerships, I’m also able to provide elevated options, personalized recommendations, and enhanced experiences that are often difficult to access on your own.
