- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it being over coffee or a phone call, I like to get to know my clients to see their personalities and what they have liked most about last vacations. When I get to know them I am able to suggest activities that they might have never even thought of. I will then create a custom itinerary for that trip.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Hawaii Travel expert and Certified Alaska Travel expert.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being an airline pilot has allowed me to travel all over the world both for work and pleasure. I have taken many great solo trips and want to share those experiences with others.
