I was pleased that J&A came out quickly to get the job done. Explained the work and got it done. Friendly and personable. I didn’t have any other bids so I can’t speak about the price. I needed my drain cleared and my shower working again. Thank you. My only complaint is that I had a rug in front of the kitchen sink that had just been washed, thank goodness it was washable, and they put their dirty and some rusty tools on it rather than putting something down to protect the rug. 😕 I would ask that they be more mindful of things like that. Other than that I am pleased with the work.

They assessed my issues and were able to fix everything extremely timely (leak in bathroom plus replacing the hot water heater) as well as provide tips and suggestions for maintaining systems in our house.
