After about a year of this project completion I am now ready to evaluate this contractor as a warning for others. As nice as Ben is to work with and flexible too I just don’t think the workmanship is there. I am still dealing with issues of unsealed grout ( I just assumed a contractor would do), uneven subfloor and resulting cracked tile. Initially the bathroom looked OK because of the expensive materials I purchased, but the installation is not good and I think people should know this before they hire this contractor. I think the reason for the good reviews are his negotiating tactics at the end of a job. People should know the quality is not 4 1/2 stars.
