But we certainly let you know if the labor you are requesting falls out of the handyman rate ) Our estimates are FREE except the following: - if you need a bid for a house that you are looking into buying to flip it or fix so you can know if is worth buying - bids for negotiations while selling and buying just to be able to sell / buy the property. ** this type of bids will be charged per hour we take to make them as they are time consuming and is hard to find at the end that a bid was needed for negotiation and we dint have a chance of getting hired . Our house is over 100 years old and some parts have been updated over different times before we took ownership. The upstairs area had old windows and walls, this made it very warm in summers even with some AC vents running to that level. Our exterior walls were replaced and new windows put it. The difference on that level is incredible! Great work by them and already hiring for additional tasks. Also the pricing comparison to competitors is crazy!

Was minor job of resetting a deck support. Olvera crew showed up within an hour of bid and made permanent repairs. Competing bid from Home Advisor was $600... Olvera did it for $80. Very fair price for the work. Seems most companies looking only for big jobs... home owners need small jobs fixed too.

They did a list of items from ceiling and window repair to sealing a skylight to roof patch to sealing the base of some pillars on a deck. Most of the work was done well, but the roof shingles for the patch didn't match the existing ones, and the sealant for the base of the pillars didn't match the pillar color. Mauricio did agree that those items were the wrong color, so he discounted the bill so we could have them re-done.

Yes we take responsibility for the miss matching color on the shingle as Home Depot didn’t match them right. We also agreed to go paint over the caulking to match the cement color and go get new shingles . But costumer decided not to let us go fix it. There for we did lower the final cost quite a bit as the shingles replacement was not included on the original quote and were done as the house owner requested on site without consulting for a price. We do like to satisfy our customers but is hard when we are not given a chance to correct / fix mistakes. Thank you
