Our estimates are FREE except the following:
- if you need a bid for a house that you are looking into buying to flip it or fix so you can know if is worth buying
- bids for negotiations while selling and buying just to be able to sell / buy the property.
** this type of bids will be charged per hour we take to make them as they are time consuming and is hard to find at the end that a bid was needed for negotiation and we dint have a chance of getting hired .

We just completed our first project with Olvera Construction. They demo'd and removed a washer/dryer enclosure that was in the center of house. Moved the W/D to garage and vented it. They framed out a wall and created a closet where the W/D enclosure was, giving us many more feet to expand our kitchen. We enjoyed working with them and it wasn't a problem to return when our electrician and plumber needed to complete elements in the wall frame-out. We will be hiring this team again.

Mauricio and his team did a fantastic job with renovating my living room to reflect a more modern design. The gray/white marble rock wall makes a statement compared to the 90’s style fireplace layout. The installation of hardwood and travertine steps round out the contemporary look a d vibe to my living room. Will definitely use their services again as they were very patient, and professional.
