Family owned company working together to restore your home. We specialize in home renovations. No project is too big or too small for us. Services we offer: Painting Drywall Framing Carpet Vinyl Carpentry Tile Flooring Bathroom remodel Kitchen remodel Handyman ( please keep in mind that we can not do all types of jobs by a handyman man price: for example we can’t do tile for a handyman man price we do it by the footage. But we certainly let you know if the labor you are requesting falls out of the handyman rate ) Our estimates are FREE except the following: - if you need a bid for a house that you are looking into buying to flip it or fix so you can know if is worth buying - bids for negotiations while selling and buying just to be able to sell / buy the property. ** this type of bids will be charged per hour we take to make them as they are time consuming and is hard to find at the end that a bid was needed for negotiation and we dint have a chance of getting hired . We love restoring homes and have satisfied costumers. At Olvera construction our priority is to make you happy.

Mauricio is a great Pro to hire for your construction needs! He was on time, professional, had reasonable prices, and went above and beyond to do extra work for us! Mauricio did a great job of sealing and waterproofing cracks on and around the backyard walkway and seams of house to prevent leaking in the basement. He arrived and finished in a timely manner.

We hired Olvera Construction to install our flooring and backsplash. They were quick to respond to my emails and questions. Quality of work was excellent and prices were very fair. Mauricio showed up a few minutes early and went straight to work. He was professional, meticulous and hard working. His work ethics are exemplary. He cleaned as he went, so there wasn't a mess when he finished. He also took all the boxes with him to dispose of, which was great! Mauricio was very pleasant to work with and we will definately be using him again for future projects.
