We’ve been working with New Paradigm team for almost two years now, and they have been amazing from day one. Alex is the main person we work with, and he’s always reliable, hardworking, and incredibly detail-oriented. Kyli is not only part of the team but also the designer, and her ideas have truly transformed our yard. Kyli understands our style perfectly and always brings thoughtful, creative solutions. From small projects to major upgrades, they’ve handled everything with professionalism and care. The team always shows up on time, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers beautiful results. It’s rare to find a landscaping team you can trust long-term, but Alex, Kyli, and their crew have absolutely earned it. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, creativity, and a team that genuinely cares.

Details: Residential • Maintain an existing garden • Small (1,000 - 2,500 sq ft) • Yes, I will provide plants • I don't need a sprinkler or drip system installed • As needed • Weed prevention • Leaf cleanup • Mulching

Brandon and crew showed up promptly at 8 AM and resolved the problem with our non functioning water feature. The job took a lot longer than any of us planned but the final result is beautiful. I would definitely recommend New Paradigm. Water features are quirky devils , but New Paradigm is fully prepared to deal with them.

Details: Outdoors • Pond • Pump is broken • Water is dirty/has algae • Summer maintenance - cleaning for the warmest months

They winterized our sprinkler system and did a great job. They were right on time, went above and beyond in the task, and I would definitely schedule service when them again.

Details: Residential • No repairs, only maintenance • Winterization - system needs to be blown out and shut off

Alex from New Paradigm did an excellent job of re-caulking a bathroom. The work was of high quality and Alex was both professional and knowledgeable. I hope to do business with him again.

FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In 2022 we did a full backyard remodel on a 2 acre parcel in Columbia county, OR. This project included rain catchment integration into a 10,000 gallon water feature system with 3,800 gallon underground reservoir and biofiltration, restoration of original native oak savannah habitat, 100% native plantings, and replacement of non-native grass turf with native meadow-scape. This project took around 4 months. As the plantings continue to mature, it looks better every time I see it!
