- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are discounts for the clients that commit to a longer program as well as free classes on the weekends. The price varies whether you decide to do small group or 1 on 1 training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My fitness goal and how I felt after I reached my first goal is what really sparked me getting into fitness. I felt so amazing when I was able to lift my own body weight off of the ground with no struggles- like in yoga. Also, being a massage therapist I realized a lot of the time, people’s pain came from weakness & imbalances.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions! Get a trainer that is knowledgeable but is also willing to listen to you. ANYONE can lose weight in a few weeks but to get healthier and to keep that weight off, it is much more than all those cool HIIT workouts. Get a trainer that understands this as well as body awareness.
