- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Unless I give a quote for the total price, I charge for the first hour and after that I charge in 15min. increments. For example, if I’m working on a laptop or desktop issue (which would be $40 for the hour) and I end up working on the issue for an hour and 15min. Charge would be $50.
