Ricardo Torres repaired my gaming laptop in time for my birthday. He kept me updated through the entire process and is professional in his communications. I had spilled coffee on the keyboard and was concerned about the cost, Ricardo's estimate was very reasonable and he replaced the keyboard and both fans saving me over $100. David is wonderful and a joy to work with. His customer service exceeds most of those you find on the net today. I am not a computer expert but I am computer savvy in some regards. . Hiring David, I found a professional technician who is honest,affordable,patient and available. He is able to work with me at my level of knowledge with computers addressing what I need. David has a great personable personality not typical to most technically inclined personalities that I have come across previously. We are not finished yet, but he did get my laptop back up to where is was supposed to be. Now it will just take some tweeking to make sure everything is up to snuff. David is remarkable.
