- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes an initial visit/training session/assessment. After that initial visit, we come up with a training plan that you can work with to give your dog the best chance of success to accomplish your goals for your pup. We then can talk about any follow up appointments that may be necessary. I do not charge for follow up phone calls/emails/questions about your dog's training plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually go to you (Or where your dog needs the training) and I work with your dog on the areas you need to have practice on (general obedience, socialization, behavior modification, etc.) and I take a lot of notes and work with your dog to see what they respond to to give them the best chance of success possible. I then write up a customized training plan for your puppy and we work it into your every day life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive work and study with dog training and behavior modification. I currently partner with Saving Paws Animal Rescue where I deal with dogs who need behavior training.
