We definitely appreciate the quickness to respond and willingness to work with our schedules! The communication was good! We only give 4 stars because the cleaning was not up to par with what we thought it would be. Our cleaner did not do a very thorough job. The shower was cleaned, but the bottles were not moved to clean the shelves. They're were still rings from the bottles on the shelves. As well as our bathroom sink. Nothing was moved out of the way on the counter and cleaned. It was still very grimey. As well as our stove was not cleaned thoroughly. There were still pieces of food stuck to it. We do appreciate that they cleaned a few extra things that were not on the list. However, we would have appreciated it more if they did a better job on the things we did want and paid for to be cleaned rather than the extra stuff.

I scheduled a deep clean with this company. Aside from a regular scrubbing of the rest of my home, I was told the deep clean would not include the interiors of my cupboards and fridge, but would include the exteriors. When I arrived after the job was done I saw that all of my drawer pulls were still dirty, as well as the exteriors of my kitchen cabinets. Additionally the kitchen sink still had grime around the base of the faucet. In the bathroom, the shower faucet and shower head were still dirty, same as I had left them. The edge of the bathroom floor had not been thoroughly cleaned either and dirt came up when I wiped it. This was a deep clean performed on an empty apartment. I had also vacuumed before the job was done, so that there wouldn't be lots of debris on the floor. Positives: it smelled great and the floors in the rest of my home looked so clean! I could see that the window sills had also been wiped. However, I am disappointed in the $300 I spent on this. I tried to reach out to the company on this app to let them know about these issues but they have not responded.
