FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a phone call or in-person meeting to discuss exactly what the client is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in electricity, fluid power maintenance, and small business management. While not all of it applies directly to running a cleaning company, I find that I do use a good deal of the skills that I have obtained through higher education. I have cleaned professionally for years and have had nothing but praise from customers and managers alike.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have passed a background check and ask if they have insurance. If not, those are big red flags to watch out for. Ask about the cleaning products and if they are eco-friendly (if that matters to you) and what equipment they own and services they provide. Make sure you talk to them in person or over the phone and get a feel for their personality and make sure they seem like someone you will feel comfortable having in your home. It is all about trust.
