What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The air duct cleaning has a pretty standard pricing system. Roofing, windows, siding and gutters, every house is different so I need to come to your home and do an estimate. We do offer financing if you need it. We offer 1 year no interest or payments. Or if you prefer we can set you up on monthly payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer calls me to set up to schedule an estimate. I will come out to do a free estimate and go over options with the customer. If the customer chooses us then we will pick out materials and schedule a time to do the home improvement project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a State of Wisconsin Home Inspector.
I am Owens Corning Preferred Contractor.
I am a Certainteed Master Shingle Installer.
