They call us to remind us and set up the next maintenance visit. We are then given discounts on services and parts because we are members in the program. Had we not had Jerome come and perform maintenance service on our furnace, we would not have known about the potential hazard. In addition, they keep notes from each visit and are able to monitor concerns as they arise. They explain everything well and are very trustworthy. Highly recommend!"See more
