Rick is and has been very helpful with a diet and a workout that works for me..I have several issues with my body..2 artificial hips, a bad lower back, a bad shoulder, both elbows,knee problems and a foot that causes great pain when walking too much..even with all these issues Rick took time to figure out an exercise routine that would work for me.He is a very thoughtful person and works with you to make sure things are going well for you Any problems that may seem to arise, he is very quick to correct them.I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Curtis' work ethic is top notch. He introduced me to numerous different types of Cardio Training. It helped me lose the weight that I needed in order for me to meet the weight requirement to join the Armed Forces. Within 3 months, Curtis has helped me lose 23 pounds. With his high intensentity interval workouts, I have lost the amount of weight I needed and more. The workouts were brutal, but he made it fun. His high level of energy and dedication kept me motivated to continue. I enjoyed having him as a personal trainer.
I have been training with Shana for over a year now. She's an awesome trainer and really makes the workouts fun and entertaining! She continues to come up with new exercises and it's a great balance between weights, cardio, core work and some yoga.
