I’ve had the honor and pleasure of working with Christine James over the past few years. She has been an outstanding personal trainer and fitness instructor! She always inspires me to be my best using a very effective, balanced approach. After listening intently to my training objectives, she designs a comprehensive, customized program to reach those goals. During training, she always challenges me to work hard while providing lots of encouragement and praise. She’s a wonderful cheerleader inspiring me on to success in achieving my fitness goals! I look forward to every session with Christine. She is entertaining, friendly, personable and loads of fun. I’ve had many amazing abdominal workouts due to laughing so hard during her training sessions. She has also taught me how to work smart including the correct way to perform exercises to prevent injuries and how to modify in areas, like my knees, that are prone to injuries. Liberty possesses a unique ability to teach basic skills, as well as the ability to create high level programming specific to each individual athlete's needs. He has extensive knowledge in functional body weight exercises, Olympic lifting, movement, yoga and nutrition. I've been impressed not only with his emphasis on technique, but also with his focus on movements and exercises designed to increase mobility and alignment, and prevent injuries. After having my son, I found myself unhappy with the weight that I had gained. I was previously an athlete my entire life, so dealing with the weight management aspect of training was new to me. I have been training with Lukas for over 4 years. He provides excellent training and nutritional information. He pushes me to work hard and also provides modifications for my physical limits. He has helped me to develop better habits that make me feel good about myself and he reminds me to make ME a priority. LM Personal Wellness provides flexibility with my forever changing schedule and the private in home workout space is FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this service!!

    Daniel was always focused on what he did as a trainer to help each individual no matter what skill level they were at. From my first day at the gym he worked with me to my ability and when I progressed he pushed me because he knew my strength and limit. He made sure the exercise was done correct to avoid injury and get the best results. He provided a fun environment with a variety of exercises. He was always positive and upbeat which always helps the energy level in a gym. One of the highlights of my day was going to the gym to work out with Daniel.

    I've been a personal training client with Jo for over two years (usually doing co-sessions with a friend) and always really look forward to the sessions (on average once a week). She has helped me recover from back and hip injuries successfully and I trust her expertise in rehab protocols completely. For the regular training sessions, she always knows just how much to push without making the whole experience unpleasant! In fact the sessions are lots of fun and filled with good humor. I've recently started attending Qi Gong at her suggestion and love that as well. I highly recommend her.

    Kari made a daily personal training regiment for me, based on my ability and limitations, such as a hip replacement. The excercises were well-thought out and challenging. There were some that I were not able to do, so she thoughtfully replaced them with a different exercise for the same muscle group. She made a paper program complete with illustrations. It was very helpful! And she is very encouraging and upbeat.

    I have been training with Shana for over a year now. She's an awesome trainer and really makes the workouts fun and entertaining! She continues to come up with new exercises and it's a great balance between weights, cardio, core work and some yoga. I would encourage anyone interested in getting fit or increasing their endurance to signup for some PT sessions.

    First of all, I needed to lose weight around my chest.. Too much fat! She showed me Some vitamins that helps the metabolism and fat burner to help get rid of fatty tissues with her help and guideness I am now walking 4-6 miles a day, lost some needed pounds, health is much better.
