Paul Engelmann's yoga helped me with bad posture so much that my hip pain went away once he taught my muscles how to support the joints better. I was so impressed with the results, I returned to Paul with a rotator cuff injury which he treated with acupuncture and again very successfully. His yoga style is the only one for me that actually works. I gladly and highly recommend Paul.

I have been training with Shana for over a year now. She's an awesome trainer and really makes the workouts fun and entertaining! She continues to come up with new exercises and it's a great balance between weights, cardio, core work and some yoga. I would encourage anyone interested in getting fit or increasing their endurance to signup for some PT sessions.

I can not explain how great her classes are. She's one of the most complete yoga teachers I've had. She eases into the poses, which is great to prevent injuries, but also when you're not warm yet. I just love her!

About

Megan has had a passion for movement and expression with the body from an early age. With a previous dedication to gymnastics, she found herself searching for a more practical physical activity to enjoy regularly. What she discovered through yoga is much more than a way to stay fit. Today Megan lives yoga on and off the mat. "I believe yoga is more than a physical practice. It's a mind, body, and soul connection that when balanced leads to our inner truth. Yoga can help us come alive, tap into the best versions of ourselves, and live authentically from our hearts." Megan's nurturing demeanor and melodic energy cultivates a relaxing and fun-loving environment where students are invited to explore in their bodies, fine-tune, and release tension. She teaches an all-level vinyasa based class honoring strength, flexibility, balance, and surrender that pushes the limits while engaging the soul. Megan is a 200-RYT from 21st Century Yoga on the Mat studying with Alex Pfeiffer at The Studio here in Madison, WI.

I have been practicing yoga regularly (average 6 hours a week) for over 5 years so I have a stronger personal energy than the average newly certified yoga teacher. I also have a better understanding of the mind body connection from studying somatic psychology and Oriental medicine. I understand how the body is meant to move and bend. I treat my clients with respect and compassion and push them to be the best they can be.
