FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the services required. There are set rates for 30, 45, 60 minute workout sessions. I offer a discount when several sessions are paid-in-full in advance and I also offer discounted rates when personal training/workout programs are purchased with nutrition coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to working with a new client, I require a consultation. During a consultation we discuss goals, exercise history, nutrition and other relevant information. The consultation helps me guide clients toward the services that would best allow them to be successful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Human Biology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from UW-Green Bay. I am also an ACSM certified personal trainer and have over 10 years of experience working with all types of individuals (young, middle age, older active population) and all types of goals (weight-loss, toning, muscle gain). In addition, I am a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, certified Piloxing Barre, Piloxing Knockout, & Piloxing SSP instructor, SCW certified kettlebell instructor and have 5 years experience teaching & designing cardio-kickboxing programs.
