I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter what your abilities are, and I feel it is excellent for a mind and body connection. I also work as a surgical technologist in an orthopedic and sports medicine surgery center, so I have in-depth knowledge of anatomy and possible injuries. Vinyasa Yoga gives you an added cardiovascular benefit; increases muscle strength, endurance and flexibility; and reduces levels of stress. Lessons range from a 90 minute course, which is designed for the beginning Yoga practitioner to learn proper form and breathing in basic and some intermediate Yoga asanas (poses) and a more intense 60 minute course designed for the intermediate Yoga practitioner. * I will provide all the equipment (Yoga mat, Yoga block and Yoga strap).
