I've gained some 25 pounds over the past year due to bad eating habits and lack of exercise. Finally I decided to look up a personal trainer online. I received quotes from few personal trainers in my area, but Andie's profile stood up, she sounded very passionate about her job and genuinely interested in her clients. Also, I considered her experience and knowledge as a body builder being a huge plus. I've had already 4 training sessions with her and I'm loving it! She is very sweet, understanding, knowledgeable and motivating. I'm really impressed how dedicated she is, she makes me feel important, created custom meal plan for me and of course, exercise program. Andie always finds time to answer my questions, even encourages me to ask them, despite of her busy schedule. She is a great professional but an awesome good-hearted person as well.

Working with Jai was the turning point that I needed for my life. I used to be active as a college athlete with dreams of playing professionally, but end stage kidney failure ended those hopes. I was very discouraged, lost all hope that I could regain a sense of wholeness physically because I was limited. Years later I was blessed to receive a kidney transplant, but one medications that I was on increased my weight dramatically. I knew that there was something that needed to be done but I needed guidance. I went to the gym, but I was apprehensive due to all of my medical limitations. I love that can contact him for any of my nutrition needs and the cool thing is that he finds ways to make my nutrition work with my meds! His willingness to be available for his clients really impresses me. Well, as far as testimonials go, I came to him weighing 408 and now I’m 39 pounds lighter, while regaining my functional strength! What can I say-Chris is amazing! He will help you identify your goals and then reach them. He not only pushes during the work out, but also makes suggestions of fun cardio alternatives. Having worked with several trainers in the past, I can definitely say Chris is the best. He is pleasant (even at 7am, which is more than I can say), friendly and dedicated. I have gotten good advice on exercise, technique and diet from Nate. As an older adult, I am very aware of my body's limitations. Many programs and trainers use a one size fits all approach which can be harmful to seniors. Nate works well with older adults and gets results while staying within our limitations.

Kadeem is an awesome trainer. He is creative and motivating, and I really enjoyed working with him. I would recommend him to pretty much anybody, and I plan to work with him again soon. I've had many trainers, through a membership at a large gym. I know whether my trainer is concerned for my individual goals, and I know my body's responses to good and bad challenges. Kadeem is totally dialed in and always thinking about how to push, how to motivate, and how to get his people where they want to be. Eileen has a wonderful way about addressing the issues you bring to her. She makes the “impossible” seem possible through her tenacious energy, that is completely contagious. She also makes sure to stay on your level, by which I mean it doesn’t seem like a trainer/trainee dynamic, but ! more or less people that are equals, pushing eachother to do our best. Overall, my experience with Eileen was wonderful, and i’m sure others would concur!
Matt Walters is an awesome trainer, He knows what he's talking about with training each time he gives me a good workout but not where I'm hurting for the next week like some trainers have done. I trust his method,I'm seeing and feeling results. I'm so glad I found him,very professional and easy to talk to.I definitely recommend him to everyone and he's affordable.
I've been a fitness enthusiast for many years but I have noticed a remarkable difference in my strength and stamina since I've been doing training sessions with Jason. I started off with just once a week for the first couple years and that was enough to see significant improvement. I just recently added an extra day per week and I feel even better. Jason is most certainly a fitness professional, he always has a new and thoughtful sequence of exercises for each session that even after several years are still challenging. I have some back issues and on several occasions he has taken time out to show me some great exercises and stretches to alleviate my back pain. I think Jason can as easily work with athletes as he can work with those new the gym. He is friendly and approachable and our training sessions always fly by. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to learn, change up, or challenge their fitness routine.

After completing 4 years in the navy and 2 years in the army, I have been on a quest to help children and women overcome the emotional and negative body images associated with lack of exercise and to have the right support system around them. I will be reviewing on an ongoing basis of your food choices and helping to jump-start some new ones. We will begin a regiment of exercises that will fit your body type and after, a body evaluation. I opened a gym 20 years ago, and I recently closed a women's gym in Round Lake. I have had many success stories. As long as you are willing, I am able!
