This jeeps things fresh and hits different muscle groups properly. Jason checks in regularly to see how I'm feeling and adjusts the program based on my feedback. He doesn't just go through the motions like most trainers. When I injured my shoulder, Jason switched up the routine with specific stretching and mobility work that helped me heal without losing muscle. He really knows his stuff when it comes to injuries and recovery. Once I was traveling internationally for a few weeks with no gym access. Jason designed a complete bodyweight routine that kept me on track.
