She manages all workouts and tracks the weight progress. I own a business and finding time to workout, create a workout, keep progress, and confirm I'm doing new movements correctly was not manageable. All I have to do is put the day and time in my calendar and she takes care of the rest. We do an hour three days a week and I can feel every workout working. She is absolutely phenomenal and takes the stress out of weight training. I have a booty I never had in my life from Courtney's Workouts!!
