As far as personal trainers go, Thomas Sammis, has gone above and beyond my expectations. I have been working with Tom for about a year and half. When I first started I was wildly out of shape. However, within the first few months, Tom had not only helped me transform my body, but my lifestyle. His vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition helped me learn how to eat properly to achieve and maintain my fitness goals. It has always been a dream of mine to be able to do a pull-up, just one. After losing about 15 lbs and dropping 11% body fat, I did not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 pull-ups in a row! Tom was by my side through success and frustration. He never gave up on me and always kept in contact offering his support and knowledge to help me get to where I wanted to go. I have been able to do things I never thought possible because of Tom. I finished my first half marathon, finished the Tough Mudder and Gladiator Assault Challenged, and flipped a 300 lb tire. Before I started working out regularly 2 years ago I know that I wanted to plan so that I would work out on a consistent basis. The best way to be held accountable is to have someone that can make sure you stick to your goals. Tom has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years. He sets the bar for what I think a personal trainer should be. The way Tom trains me as his client makes me feel like he's my biggest fan. His motivation and work ethic is contagious. I invest my hard earned money towards his services because of the time and effort he puts into each individual client. Tom is an outstanding personal trainer, a true original, and a genuine hard worker.

Keeps you highly motivated to reach your goals. Many times it is hard to get to the gym without motivation and Tom is a great asset for this. He tailors your workout routine to reach the goals you've set for yourself. Very accommodating when it comes to scheduling issues, too.

Tom Sammis has helped to change my life. Seriously. I was in a motorcycle accident two years ago. I gained a bunch of weight and was very inactive. Because of Tom's training I have lost close to 50lbs, I can move and exercise, I have gained back my mobility, am stronger than I have been in years, and I feel so much better. I could not recommend this man more.
