- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing can be found on out website plain as day :) No hidden fee's or tricks, or gimmicks :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet up and lay out a blueprint for our time together. We go what's in store for each period in our training, find out a realistic time frame for our body composition goals, go over nutrition knowledge and strategy's to get to their goals, go through a functional movement screening to figure out exactly which muscles are weak and which need to be stretched, then we set times and hit it hard to get results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years working as a personal trainer, certifications in sports performance, MMA conditioning, weightlifting, weight loss, nutrition & supplementation.
