Hi there! I am just graduating from school with a master's degree in exercise physiology with an emphasis in strength and conditioning. Basically, this is a mouthful of a way to say that I am qualified and experienced in working with anyone, from athletes who are looking to improve their performance to someone who wants to lose some weight before a wedding he/she has coming up. I am also nationally certified as a strength and conditioning special through the National Strength and Conditioning Association who requires me to stay current on all best practices in the field of health, fitness, and sports performance. I am open to training just about anyone and believe that fitness does not have to be about going and getting your butt kicked and making it so you cannot walk for the rest of the week. I can accomplish the same things without the huge and unnecessary toll on your body that scares a lot of people away. I am not the type to be in your face and yelling at you, unless that's what you want or need. As intelligent human beings, there are better ways to go about achieving your goals than having to go through the grinder every time we meet for a session. She digs down and gets to the heart of why a person needs to work with a trainer and she works right along side you all the way. I formerly competed in nine dance American style and continue to do performances. My specialty is introducing beginning students to ballroom dance, and I am available for private and group lessons. Most of my teaching is done through East Towne Ballrooms and the Wauwatosa Lions Club as well as area community centers and groups, but I am also available for private and group lessons that you may want to set up for your own event.
