Hello Christine, thank you for your nice review, but I am a bit confused. I strive to go above expectations and I believe that I did that in your case, as you mentioned. I was on time, easy to work with, trustworthy, did everything and more that I was asked to do, did not take breaks and I do not charge for spending my time, and gas taking items to donation. I work quickly and efficiently, don't you agree? While it may not make a difference to you, it makes a big difference to me to be given a 5 star review, just like my other clients did. I had listed my house for sale relying on the internet and my realtor for staging ideas. When we were getting no action, someone suggested hiring a stager. Joal was very responsive and had tons of great ideas. She used my own furniture and wall stuff but in different rooms. Within 2 weeks we had an offer. Joal was an immense help to me! She gave me the help I needed to finally clean out and organize one my bedroom closet, kitchen, and several other difficult areas of my home. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No standard pricing because every client has different needs. I always try to make the job budget friendly and we discuss ways how to do this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When we first meet, we talk about your wants and needs and what is important to you. We prioritize and get to work on which area is bothering you the most. When we start working hands on and you will be thrilled with even the smallest of successes: a cleared off dresser....an organized closet. You will be shown that peace of mind is really attainable!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?With over 20 years experience in organization and working with hoarders, there is very little that I haven't seen. I will show you that organization IS attainable with easy steps that I will be teaching you during the process. You will be learning new skills in order to help clear and more importantly, keep the area clear that we work on. It is easier than you think!
