Jen's Gentle Yoga class is every time a new experience, as she moves us gently in to the asanas, tells us to listen to our bodies as we go deeper into the stretches and twists. My body is invigorated, yet relaxed after each session.
This past November on Monday nights, I, for the first time ever, started to attend yoga classes with Steph as my instructor! Steph is truly an amazing yoga teacher! As soon as I get to class my stress level drops after the crazy day I have had and as we get started I know the next hour or so is going to be the best, most enjoyable part of my day ☺️ I haven't really taken yoga classes before, but Steph does an incredible job of showing you and helping you get into the perfect position for each and every single pose you do. I have only taken classes on Mondays this past month, but feel like I have learned so much! I also am already feeling like I am noticing some of the benefits of yoga including increased flexibility and strength, along with improved breathing, and better posture. Not to forget to mention that I think it has and will continue to be so great for me post ACL and meniscus surgery. I look forward to continuing taking classes with Steph and seeing more positive results from yoga in the future! I highly recommend her to anybody looking to start or continue the amazing practice of yoga 🙏🏼 Steph is the best and has studied and done yoga all around the world and continues to do so, which makes her the best yogi and yoga instructor ever 💙💙💙
I have been to one source wellness and chiropractic a number of times and have done yoga massages and chiropractic care and can't say enough about them. I have had nothing short of excellent care. They listen to your concerns and treat you with great professionalism.

Krystle is a knowledgeable and fun teacher. She is supportive and friendly and helps students feel confident and secure in their practice, whether it is for yoga or a belly dance class. Krystle takes the time to show and explain to students the proper way to do poses and moves to keep them safe and also what the benefits are instead of just expecting them to do as they are told. She lets them know how what they are doing effects the body.
I received my first Thai massage from Bhavani yesterday. I have never had a Thai massage, or any real massage before. This woman is incredibly talented in her work. The massage is not a traditional massage, by any means. It is a full treatment of removal of pain. I have intense knee pain in my right knee. While it hurt and I thought nothing would help, and I was ready to give up, she worked on my whole right side and knee and after the session I absolutely feel little to no pain in that knee. This is the next day, it feels restored. Also my back was very tight and in pain. While I'm still sore from the work she did, the underlying muscles are flowing and do not feel tight or restricted anymore. She also does something very special. She gives reiki. I have never been a believer of reiki. Until I experienced it with this Thai massage. Feeling it first hand, there's no question now. She has healing hands. The 2 plus hours flew by, and it was an amazing journey. I feel human again. Grounded. Afterwards, I was very blissful. I still am this morning. I will have no one else but Bhavani give me a Thai massage, or any massage. I am now a loyal patient of hers. I honestly see why she has so many repeat clients. Very unique and worth the time, and money. You can't put a price on this type of healing. I highly highly recommend Bhavani! She can and will help your pain with complete dedication. Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself. She made sure I took care of myself by resting in child pose as needed. Amy taught at a pace that was comfortable for all levels in the room, had great music, and made yoga fun!! Namaste
Waterloo yoga meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm or Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:20-7:20 am in the beautiful Mode theater at 121 South Monroe Street in Waterloo,Wisconsin. The Waterloo yoga studio provides mats, blankets, straps and blocks. Wear loose fitting clothing and come join us in a relaxed atmosphere. Classes are ongoing and new students may start at any time. The instructor has studied and practiced the Iyengar method of Hatha yoga since 1981 and has been teaching since 1995. Classes have been offered in Waterloo since April of 2008 and range in size from 2-10 students.
