Jessica is a wonderful personal trainer. I appreciate that she comes to my home and is flexible with my busy work schedule. She incorporates weight training, yoga, Pilates, and high and low intensity cardio. She pushes me appropriately and always seems to know just what I need!
Samanthia has been nothing but Excellent! She shows up early, never "on time" and never late. She's been an amazing instructor and is very attentive in both group settings and private lessons. I feel like she challenges me to challenge myself and is always willing to help me better my practice. After taking her class she's the only place I go for yoga!
I have been seeing Dr. Ralston for my shoulder and neck pain. After a few weeks I dropped one day from my treatment. My pain is gone. I have some discomfort that we are working to improve. I have better range and movement when I work out, drive and do my job. In addition, he is amazingly flexible with scheduling and great to chat with! They offer services to help your overall wellness like massage and yoga, and tasty suppliments to keep you healthy.
Steph is a great yoga instructor! Before starting her class, she asked what we would like to focus on and has really tailored the classes to our needs. Every class we focus on a different area, or learn a new stretch or pose. The variation keeps the classes fun and fresh and always has me counting down the days until the next week! Steph also has a great selection of music!! I am newer to practicing yoga and Steph has definitely inspired me to continue being a "yogi" :)

Over the years I’ve taken many yoga classes and have known many teachers, but it was not until I discovered a certified teacher of Iyengar yoga, the type Amy teaches, that I finally realized how beneficial yoga could be. Iyengar yoga is designed to help people with a wide range of abilities acquire the correct balance and positioning that enable the body to function at its best. For this reason, Iyengar yoga can be undertaken by women or men, children or older adults, and even people with disabilities, because an experienced teacher can tailor the person’s practice for any special needs or level of ability. My first Iyengar teacher moved away, and for a long time I feared I would never find anyone that good again. Then one day I read an article about Amy in the paper, and the long search was over. Like my first teacher, Amy has the ability to instantly spot whatever adjustment a student might need and can supply a wide range of aids to make a pose work for that person. She has a warm, welcoming personality, endless patience, and a good sense of humor. Our class can be challenging, but it’s always rewarding.
