Renjie and I worked together over the course of two months in preparation for a GRE test. We had long sessions (3 hours) each time, but Renjie was focused and prepared and all the breaks we took were on my account. I took two Statistics courses in university, but aside from this hadn't taken any math classes since high school, so I focused all of my hours with Renjie in math. He has all of the hard skills that a good teacher/tutor needs: he has a deep knowledge of math and used repertoire of teaching strategies to help me learn. The teaching and learning strategies Renjie shared with me in math make it so I'm confident in saying I know he has the same skills for verbal reasoning in the GRE (specially) or vocabulary more generally. More than this, Renjie is kind, understanding, friendly, and easy to connect with. Both Renjie and I had traveled and worked abroad for a number of years and so it was fun to share stories in between problem solving. I got accepted into my graduate program of choice, got a full scholarship and a stipend to be a Graduate Teaching Assistance. It was a pleasure working with Renjie and I would recommend him to any who have an interest in improving their scores on a variety on tests, or to improve their performance in school at all levels.
Cannot recommend Thomas enough! He worked with my daughter on math and science portions of her ACT and she showed great improvement - increasing her overall composite score by 5 points in addition to big improvement in science and math. Highly recommend!
So happy hiring these guys. You can't ask for a better math tutor than the one we got. Two thumbs up!!
I am a stay at home mom who is trying to finish an Associates Degree and had trouble with my College Algebra class. I was very nervous to hire a tutor since I have never done that before. Arun made the whole experience very relaxing. He was prompt and offered a flexible schedule that worked with mine. His knowledge and enthusiasm for math was obvious when we met for my tutoring session. He helped me get on track with my math class...and I passed it!!
Andrea has a wealth of experience and wisdom working with students. She knows a student's strengths and challenges, and is able to tailor her tutoring to each student's needs. She worked with my son while he was in high school and now supports him as he pursues a college degree. I highly recommend Andrea!
Juliane Bjerregaard is a superlative teacher. She taught me algebra, pre-algebra, and a class focused on applied mathematics and sciences. From creating challenges and engineering projects, to memorizing the use of the quadratic formula, she has been a hands-on and welcoming teacher, both making learning fun and keeping my younger self focused on tasks. I would recommend her to anyone.
She seems to understand a person's learning style and zero in on what is best for that student.
We had a great experience! From the first meeting to assess our student's needs through the tutoring process, Club Z was very helpful and tried their best to meet our expectations and requirements. We would recommend them to anyone!
